I heard an interesting/different boy name this morning

On the Bob and Sheri show......A lady had called in and said that she slept in one morning and forgot to get her son Coletrain out of bed for his plane to go bootcamp.

I was like did she just say her sons name is Coletrain? Then Sheri asked her if that was what she said and the lady said yeah the was correct.

I know there are some couples out there that like to pic unique names so I thought I would trow this one out there for ya.

Isn't that what the boy's name is in the movie Mr. Holland's Opus? I know they called him Cole for short I think.

To be honest I have never seen that movie, so I honestly don't know.

Coletrane is the spelling, although it is normally a last name.

Could have been her maiden name and she named her child that. I know a lot of people who have done that. Some of the people DH is related to have the last name Matthews and the one cousin named her son Matthew because it was her maiden name.

Yes, I think that's a pretty cool name. I can just see it as the author name of a book he will one day write. Also like the short from Cole.

I have a friend whose name is preston edwards (first and middle name). They are both family anmes on his mother's dies. I always thought that was pretty cool.

I liked the name preston until I watched one of Adam Sandlers movies where a maid came into the bosses office and said something like:

"Can I get you some coffee Mr.So and So" and the boss was like "You can call me Preston" and she says in her mexican accent "Can I get you some coffee PresssTon" then they made out and had sex on the table, they were not good looking people, so now when I hear the name preston that is what pops in my head lol.
