Cranberry suppliments

Apparently, cranberries have really high antioxidents and vitamin C. Since my acai is lost somewhere at the USPS, I thought I would try Cranberry suppliments instead. I used to drink a lot of cranberry juice and eat dried cranberries, but they have gotten too expensive.

Has anyone else tried the cranberry suppliments? Do they help weight loss too?

Re: Cranberry suppliments

I don't know But I eat dried cranberries almost every morning because I mix them in my oatmeal along with almonds.

Cool. So far, I have lost a lot of bloating. I am on two different things so I am not sure which it is. Of course, having a lot of antioxidents in your diet is supposed to slow aging.

That's always a good thing! I don't like cranbery juice or regular cranberries, but I do like the dried ones. And youa re right - tha are expensive! I have gotten them when I have a bladder infaction cause I just can't drink the juice! They are yummy, but at $5 a bag, just not in the budget.
