What have you been doing? For how long each session?

I skipped Monday and Tuesday, but today I did 55 minutes of Denise Austin's after Baby video. I swear I hate that woman!

Yesterday was my first day back to the gym. I am starting out really slow to get used to my preggo body, not over-extend my belly area and because I have been out of the gym for 4 mo. So yesterday I stretched really good for about 10 min, walked the treadmill to warm up for 10 min and then had my PIYO (pilates/yoga) class for 45 min. I talked to my instructer beforehand so she gave me some modifications that helped a lot. I am only slightly sore today
Today I had to clean a KILLER house (it literally kills my back every single time. It is HUGE!) so I will not be going to the gym today.
Tomorrow I plan on going to a Pilates class at 5:30p since John should be taking the kids for a bit. Pilates sounds a bit tough for a preggo mama but Tonia (my main instructor of classes) told me that it would be fine-just to not do the abdominal stuff. After I go to the dr next month and everything is still looking well I should be able to go back to my Boxing and Turbo Kick classes!
I REALLY enjoyed being back in the game yesterday. There is nothing like the feeling of getting a good workout in!

My kids barely slept for two days. I finally got back to my workout today.

30 minutes Total Body Express (cardio/body scupting)

Well, let's see ... I flexed my ankles several zillion times a day while having them elevated to reduce the swelling. I'm a lazy woman who's getting old.

I'm TRYING to get back into working out at least 4 times a week. Last week I managed 3 days of 30min each on the elliptical. Oh, and I do 50 crunches EVERY day.
