~1/2 cup Gerber Graduates calcium fortified juice, any flavor
~1/3 cup gerber #rd food fruit or dessert, any flavor OR 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

Pour ingredients into 7oz sippie cup.

Place lid on SECURLY. Cover mouthpiece holes with finger.

Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds. Serve.
