need to be before you call?
I swear I have some of the DUMBEST employees on the face of the earth. We had a sewage back up at the store (I think thats what it was) and the water was streaming out of the urinal in the mens room and was deep enough to go OVER THE TOP of Kev's shoes before they called him!
The store now smells AWFUL
Kev had to call the plumber and he was there for 3-4 hours trying to unclog the lateral. They finally have it so everything is draining at the store.
But the stupid people were sloshing around the store through the slop water! We have to replace all the mop heads and replace some brooms and other things along with cleaning up the store. I just can't believe that they didn't call sooner. (They claim they called the house but Kev and I NEVER heard the phone ring and no one bothered to call Kev's cell - Kev DOES NOT answer the home phone and I was sewing) But if you have a flood would you call just once????????????

I would have closed the bathroom and called you immediately. Recently, we found this sort of thing in a Walmart bathroom. It was not nearly that deep at all. I complained to the manager until they got a plumper in there. Even as a customer, I would have thrown a fit long before it got that bad.
And It was the 5 o'clock person who called - none of the other three that had been there did anything about it. Not trying to mop, or figure out where it was coming from - NOTHING. Just kept walking through it! 
What frickin idiots! And they probably amde the problem WORSE by waiting so long to call ya'll!
