Anyone have any suggestions? I am mostly looking for prenatal Yoga or mild cardio and strength training.
Thanks!

Re: Prenatal Workout DVDs?

I know Denise Austin made one, but I consider you a friend, so she's off the list. I'll bet they make some Pilates videos. Have you checked out Amazon yet? I find a lot of my workout videos at the Dollar General. If he doesn't get on your nerves, Richard Simmons is usually pretty light and easier on the mid section. I love RS, but I understand that other people don't share my enthusiaism.

NOt sure - But after watching the girls on the wii - I'm gonna do it tomorrow (when 2 are at school & 1 naps) seems pretty low key to start with.

One of the best and highly recommended tapes is this one. Fitness expert Kathy Smith was pregnant during the research and production of this program. Both pre- and post-natal segments, produced with consultation from three top physicians, contain warm-ups, stretches, aerobic routines and toning exercises for the entire body.
