What type of workout plan do you have?

I've been using my wii fit.... I love it! As soon as it warms up I also plan on starting my walking back up... I love to go for walks with my dog...it's good for her and me. We usually walk up to the park so she can play in the water for a little while.

I might look into some other exercise equipment...not sure yet...

What are you using??

I love my Wii Fit too! I try to do it at least an hour a day, except on shift days since I'm gone 24hrs.

I have been using weights and my workout videos. Today, I am deep cleaning for my workout.

I have an elliptical machine. I try to do that for 30 min 4 or 5 times a week. I'm averaging about 3 days a week lately.

For the past 4 weeks, I have been doing these exercises every day:

50 crunches
25 side leg lifts (each leg)
25 back leg lifts (each leg)
20 wall push ups
5-10 minutes of stretching

I think I am starting to see some results already. It's easy to do these few exercises everyday. I don't do them all at once...just when I have time, between other chores.
