Another recipe from the Sweet Potato Queens book.

1 loaf white bread with crust cut off
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound bacon (cut the bacon in half)

Cut each slice of bread into thirds. Spread on cream of mushroom soup on each piece of bread, lay it on a 1/2 strip of bacon and roll it up. Put them on a LINED cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

They are crispy, delicious, and best of all easy to make!
