I find that it's very important to concentrate on your self. Not too much, but just enough. Looking after yourself is soo important, especially when you have a baby. Else, I find that many mom's take that stress out on their kids, which is not healthy. Take that stroller or pram out for a walk, or go for a jog. Tag your baby along by jogging with a baby jogger. One rule I use to make sure I'm taking care of myself is: look good, feel good, do good. It's simple and it works.
