6lbs down and now trying even harder.
Doing Jillian off of Biggest losers kick boxing workout 20 minutes a day (its a 40 min tape cant wait till I can make it 40 mins)
eating low carb/low fat
drinking WATER
lowering salt intake

Great job! You might want to check out a web-site called hungry girl( http://www.hungry-girl.com/ ). This woman takes fattening recipes and converts them to something healthier. I have been using a lot of them, since I can still have most of them after surgery.
