Exercise Check In: March 1 thru 8

After a break due to massive amounts of illness in the family, I am trying to get back on track. Anyone joining me?

Monday and Tuesday: Latin BLast off with toning using 3 lb weights. 40 minutes

Tuesday ...

* empty the craft table
* move the stuff from under said table
* move and fold up the table
* put together the bookcase
* go through the sewing and knitting stuff and put what I am eeping on the bookcase
* take out the trash

I figured since I have worked up a sweat and a hunger that this counts as exercise. One day this week I'll get to try out the new WiiFit I got.

Do you have to buy an actual Wii to do the Wii Fit or is it a seperate system?

Yes you do have to buy the WII system to use the WII fit. We have it, it comes with a balance board and the disk you put into the Wii system console.
It's fun, the kids like it. when they first started it they had some soreness just like when you start any new exercise.

I can't afford a Wii, so that idea is out. Thanks for answering my question!

Thursday: 3 miles walking. To bad about the bbq potato chips though.

Friday and Saturday: 3 miles walking. Kate actually walked the entire three miles Saturday.

ive done half and hour to 45 mins everyday this wk on the treadmill, 2 days of floor excerises and alil bit of the Wiifit. summer seems like its here already!
