Does your child enjoy this gaming system? My dd has not entirely outgrown her leapster, but she is starting to and I thought we would get this for her birthday, but the educational reviews on Amazon seem pretty mixed.

we were thinking about getting Sammie one for her birthday, but I decided to pass for now. I looked at the games available and didn't really see many that were geared towards girls. That isn't the reason I decided to pass though.... I just decided she really didn't need another handheld electronic. She's getting an MP3 player instead... She loves music. I think one of Shona's boys has one

Ian has one, and he LOVES it. But there aren't as many games available just yet as we would like for there to be. He hates math and we were hoping that the didj would help with that. And so far, it has to a point.
