ATLANTA -- Thirty-three Georgia gas stations, including 15 in the metro Atlanta area, have settled with the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs over complaints about price gouging.

Includes list of stations which practiced price gouging. Unfortunately, if you paid with cash, you have to produce a receipt to get a refund. This happened here a few months ago and they just made the stations lower the price of gas to lower than everywhere else for an equivilant amount of time.
