Whatcha workin' on?

What craft projects do you have in the works?

I planned to make all the girls summer clothes, but the pattern Kate picked out for her Easter Dress was so complicated, it took me ages just to figure it out. Plus the girls have not been cooperative with my sewing projects. I've made three or four dresses for Cara and two for Kate. I am so far behind where I wanted to be by now!

My main thing is to re-do my craft room to make it more kid friendly so that I can accomplish more.

Then I figure it out from there. I made a bag for em this morning and then I am working on an outfit for Stuart for Easter after his baptism.

He!!, I haven't had any time lately to work on anything. But I'm not in ya'lls league anyway when it comes to crafting! LOL!

Actually, since Cara was born, I'm not in that league anymore either. I don't craft/sew nearly as much as I used to.

OK now i feel bad.

I try to take time to do something once a week.

Right now my main goal is to use up my stash so
A - I have room to move
B- I have $$ to remodel that room to make somewhere for the girls to be crafty rather than the kitchen table.

I just finished a baby layette for my neice and some skirts for Carrie. I've got some summer things I want to work on, just haven't been in the mood lately.

Does remodeling count LOL that is all I have time for and I am NOT crafty except for cross stitching and I haven't done it in a while.

I recieved the blocks back yesterday in a quilt block swap, so I have a top to put together for a future grandchild.

I made so Christmasy gift tags this week for a friend.

Still working on Brian's socks. I am past the heel on the second sock. :woot: just the final 6-8 inches plus the toe and I'm done!

I did several scrapbook pages Wednesday, mostly Christmas 2008.

I've got to make some items for Colonial Day in a couple weeks (a tri-corn hat and shirt for DS, and maybe an outfit for me, too - something I can adapt for Ren Faire use).

I'm about 80% done with a large cross stitch that I'm planning to frame and donate to my DAR chapter for a raffle in September, too.
