They are so picky about uniforms in this league and he says pink with flowers will work. 
I didn't see any sports belts next to the pants in Walmart. We wore (and they probably still wear) this like webbed canvas belt with our military uniformes. One of them would probably be ideal. I wonder if I can buy one on the civilian market. If I lived closer to a base, I would just pop over to clothing sales.
