Prayers for Shona--in hospital

no one panic, but I need some prayers. I am in the hospital with pre-eclampsia. Kidneys aren't bad but if it goes on, could get that way. Wanted to do a c-section, but got me in and my bp went down and my labs look good. Marisa is breech. They want to try to turn her tomorrow afternoon and either induce me, or do a c-section. So please please pray that she will turn and that I WILL NOT need a c-section, NO C-SECTION.

I have to stay laying down or my bp spikes so I take a few minutes and sit up every now and then. And then I lay back down
It goes from 143/74 to 160 something over 100 something. As I type it is beeping at me to lay back down 152/99.

Prayers please!!!! Someone please post on BBU for prayers for me.
