Bathtub Bathing Rings

I noticed that the standard bathing rings seem to be a thing of the past (see attachment). We went shopping for one and couln't find one.

Is there a reason they aren't sold any longer? My only guess is that people weren't sticking them down properly and then would leave the baby unattended.

I can still get it on ebay but would like to hear other opinions on them.

Re: Bathtub Bathing Rings

Weird I never heard of one of those, I just stick Jerren in the bath when I take one. Once he gets old enough to sit on his own I plan on getting one of those blow up things to go around the tub so he doesn't hurt himself

Re: Bathtub Bathing Rings

My boys had one and they kinda slid down in the seat and crunched their 'jewels' LOL I bought one of those big ol bear shaped sponges to put in the tub instead. Before buying on ebay you may wanna check resale shops-I see them all the time around here.

I ended up getting one of these for $8 on craigslist. Works fine for Sophie.
