Rick's family waited until the last minute to decide that they were going to have a birthday party for one of the kids. Money is really tight around here and I hadn't gotten a gift for my neice yet. So I scrounged around to see what I could come up with. Found a really cute pair of dress shoes that Ally could never wear (her instep is too high), but Piper wears the same size so she got those. And I had 1 MP3/Videoplayer left from a great sale I found online almost 2 years ago (got them for $5 for a $40 toy!). Not what I wanted to get her, but it had to do. I owe her a movie that I promisded, so hopefully there willbe enough money left this weekend after I p[ay the pbills to get her that.
