I have been all over the kids lately about, not what they say, but the way they say it. They seem to think that just becasue they say please and thank you that it doesn't matter HOW they say it. Just now, Ally (in the bathroom changing from swim team) calls out to me "Mom, come in here NOW, please!" She hollers, doesn't ask. It comes across snotty. I cant seem to get thru to them about their tone of voice.
Any ideas?
