I put on some weight over the past year and a half (15lbs) and have recently decided I was going to give weight loss another try. I get really excited with the idea of losing weight/getting back in shape but then usually don't follow through.
Two weeks ago I gave up my fast food lunches at work and have been packing healthy and so far I have lost 3lbs!! ... and yesterday I made the decision to try and start drinking water again.
My goal is 6 more lbs by the end of September ... I want to go into the cold an depressing season
in the best shape I can because I know there is always a few lb gain over the winter.
Has anyone else jumped back on the weight loss wagon?

Fast food and soda are the two biggest things that will have you gain weight. You can do it!!
