Really smelly feet

My two year old has really stinky feet. I wash her feet frequently to cut down the smell, but PU! her feet stink. What makes feet stink and how do I stop it? It's hard to eat in the same room when she has her shoes off and she spends most of her time barefoot!

Re: Really smelly feet

Put baking soda in her shoes at night. Wash her feet with baking soda and put baby powder on them before putting on her shoes. My bro had this problem as a kid and this is what my mom did. Worked wonders!

Re: Really smelly feet

Also make sure you never put them in shoes without socks! Once the stink is in the shoes there is almost nothing you can do about it.

Re: Really smelly feet

the baking soda thing and what my mom use to do when I was younger was soak my feet in vinegar and water. If I wore shoes for to long my feet would get red bumps ALL over them and they would itch and on top of that they would reek of old cheese LOL.

Re: Really smelly feet

I tried the baking soda bath and I washed her favorite shoes. Hopefully, it will help.

Re: Really smelly feet

You can make a sachet of baking soda that you can just toss in each shoe every night.
