We made the switch to panties a week ago and while there has been an accident here and there, she's doing great! She's waking up dry (in a diaper) and taking herself to the potty. I was a bit frustrated for a while thinking we would never be potty trained but once she was ready, she was ready, and I couldn't have asked for an easier process.
