Re: clean yellow spots
Do you know what caused the stain. If it is dye bleeding off of your hamper, there may be nothing you can do other than dye them another color. What can be done depends on what the stain is and if it has been through the dryer or not. Are the stains appearing on all your clothes after they come out of the dryer? Sometimes the hidden crayon can make it through the wash intact and cause havoc for quite awhile in the dryer. If that is the case, you will have to get Bon Ami or some other non abrasive cleaner and wash out your dryer.

Re: clean yellow spots
I have noticed that my mom had been using a product with oxyclean in it. I was turning some of the kids white clothes yellow with splotches of yellow. Not sure if this is the cause. Nothing removed them, I threw one shirt away and informed her not to wash anymore clothes with that stuff.

If it's baby clothes, more than likely it is from formula, milk &/or baby drool. Try bleach first. OxyClean will work on alopt of them - soak them in Oxyclean, then wash with soak water. You can also try soaking with Cascade, then washing with soak water. Amazingly, this takes out all kinds of stains.
