Has anyone had laminate flooring installed?

I'm wondering what the final cost of the project was and how long you didn't have use of your rooms.

I'm looking at two rooms that are each about 12 x 14

We installed the flooring on our whole main floor and did it ourselves. That was about 600sq feet. If you have two rooms that you want to do and if you have professionals doing it it should only take a day or two......and once the flooring is done in that room you can move stuff back in right away. Ours took about a week of us working on it every night after work and one weekend......in and amongst dealing with the kids that wanted to try and "help"
