Re: Tea and Breastfeeding?

What is Oolong tea? I say if you have any doubts, don't do it until you talk to Jerren's pediatrician or a lactation consultant.

Re: Tea and Breastfeeding?

The only information I found said to limit yourself to less than 3 cups a day because of the caffeine content ... nothing about the plants the tea is actually made from.

I don't think it'll hurt anything unless he's sensitive to caffeine.

I haven't noticed a change yet... I drink 1 -2 cups a day just to be on the safe side.

Re: Tea and Breastfeeding?

It should be fine. though I wouldn't mix teas. (drink each tea separately, even if it's first one cup and immediately after that a second cup of the second tea.
