Pms

Just wondering how PMS affects everyone else.

I seem to get overly irritable and short fused in the week prior to starting my period. Every little altercation sends my blood pressure rising. I feel so horrible for my kids when I realize my issue is with myself and not so much them. I don't get a lot of physical symptoms though ... only cramps on the day I start.

Re: Pms

LOL! It isn't my fault!

You did jinx me though... I just started my first real period!!! I haven't had one in over 16 months....

Right now I am pretty moody, I feel bad for the people that have to deal with me , poor people.

Re: Pms

I am very emotional the week before and it does get worse the closer I get to the day I start. My emotions range from very grumpy and snappy to super sensitive and I cry easily. I have physical symptoms, too. Mostly bloating, headache, backache.

Re: Pms

I have the Mirena and I tend to break out a little and from time to time do have a very light cycle.

Re: Pms

I usually get moody, and a little more tired the week before. Not looking forward to that again, lol.

Re: Pms

Before I started perimenopause, I never got PMS. I had had cramps twice in my life. Now I get them on a regular basis (they SUCK!), get moody and sometimes a little bloating. I hate menopause!
