Is anyone making the turkey this year for their Thanksgiving dinner? I personally think Thanksgiving is about good food and good company, so I’d like to spend more time with the family and less in the kitchen, our exclusive 2 hour Turkey recipe is a great time saving recipe. Just visit Safeway - Thanksgiving - Recipes for the recipe and how-to videos!

Re: Thanksgiving Turkey

Only once have I had to be responsible for the Turkey and I was a nervous wreck the entire day.
Dinner is planned to be over at my boyfriend's house and I imagine his mother will do a large portion of the cooking. I'll get in here and there when I can but won't be touching the turkey.

Re: Thanksgiving Turkey

I love cooking the turkey... but won't be doing it this year. Going to my SIL's for dinner. I brine my turkey for 24 hours, then pop it in a roasting bag in the oven and let it cook. Always comes out Juicy and Yummy....
