Breakfast - GF cake
Dinner - went to buffet and didn't do too horrible, but I am still embarassed.

I had bacon bits (the fake kind), sun flower seeds, black olives, salad dressing w/o oil, a handful of homemade potato chips and a cookie, but the rest wasn't too bad. Lettuce, hard boiled egg, pickled beets, carrots, cauliflower and pickled cauliflower. Most of that was on a salad, so it wasn't like a huge amount of each - just a little of each. A slice of garlic toast, a cracker and a small bowl of chili.
I shoveled snow for an hour and walked about 1/2 mile. I got too cold and came in after that. I have been washing dishes,doing laundry, etc.
