I'm starting this thread tonight for those that want to join in the morning. Post your food and exercise(house cleaning counts) for Jan 5th here.

great idea! I haven't done anything but drink coffee yet but I wanted to post so I would get replies and remember to post later.

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee with 2 spoons of sugar and a dash of 1% milk, 1/2 cottage cheese with Krauter Saltz and 1/2 pumpkin walnut muffin

Lunch:

Dinner:

Snacks:

Exercise: 15 min of stretching

I haven't eaten breakfast or exercised yet. I have a hair appointment in a half hour. After that, I plan to clean house and shovel snow today. so far I have taken out the trash and started laundry. I am not off to a very good start! I've been drinking water. does that count?

Lunch: Thin Bread Sandwich with roasted Chicken, Cheese and Mayo. Water

Dinner: 1/2 Coke, 1/2 cup of Baked Spaghetti, 1/2 cup of Salad with light Ranch

Snacks: 2 cups of coffee, Milky Way Dark (I know...) and tons of water

Exercise: 15 min of stretching, housecleaning intensely for about 2 hours, to include about 15 trips up and down my stairs, 15 min of stretching

Breakfast - GF cake

Dinner - went to buffet and didn't do too horrible, but I am still embarassed. I had bacon bits (the fake kind), sun flower seeds, black olives, salad dressing w/o oil, a handful of homemade potato chips and a cookie, but the rest wasn't too bad. Lettuce, hard boiled egg, pickled beets, carrots, cauliflower and pickled cauliflower. Most of that was on a salad, so it wasn't like a huge amount of each - just a little of each. A slice of garlic toast, a cracker and a small bowl of chili.

I shoveled snow for an hour and walked about 1/2 mile. I got too cold and came in after that. I have been washing dishes,doing laundry, etc.

The first part doesn't sound too bad to me. The sunflower seeds are a good fat and good protein!

It's not like i had a cup of each or anything. I just added some to my salad. I can't stand dry salad like dh. He eats salad without dressing or anything wet. I don't know how he does it.

Breakfast-2 pcs whole wheat toast and 1 med. apple and coffee
snack-fiber one bar
lunch-progresso light veg. beef soup and low fat choc. chip granola bar
snack-birthday cake and small bit of van. ice cream
dinner-california kitchens chicken and garlic pizza (1/3= 1 serving)
half bag of light popcorn
snack-fiber one bar

I didn't do any real exercise but I did clean today for a couple of hrs at my Mom's so I did get some movement going I plan on going to the gym again tomorrow though!

Breakfast: Hot cocoa & 3 pieces of swiss cheese

Lunch: Cheeseburger w. ketchup,mayo, pickle, onion, lettuce, tomoato

Dinner: Supreme pizza (yes I ate the whole thing while my butt was fir,ly planted on the couch watching Biggest Loser premier - ironic hey)

Snacks: Fish sandwich w. lettuce, cheese & tartar.

Exercise: Just did some cleaning at the store today - no real set exercise.

Let's just say today doesn't count. Food is my weakness.....

Too funny Karen! While we watch Biggest Loser we always want to eat too! So we have decided to wait for dinner until 7pm every Tuesday to ensure that we don't snack during that time What is it about that show that just makes you wanna eat? LOL

Lunch: GNC shake

Dinner: Lasagna(made with whole wheat noodles), whole wheat bread, mixed veggies

Snacks: Small piece of chocolate cake

Exercise: Does taking care of 9 kids count.
