Am I the only one that feels funny or dizzy when they get off the treadmill? Is it something that goes away once you get used to it?

I always feel like I'm still moving if that makes any sense. When I was having dizzy spells after exercising it was a BP problem.

I never really had that problem. Maybe you need to slow down a little or take breaks to catch your breath. It sounds like you might be hyperventilating.

Glad I'm not the only one it's happened to. I am on meds for my blood pressure and I think it could suppress my heart rate, but that's why I'm doing no more than a regular walk right now. Hopefully it gets better.
