How's it going today? I am about to head out to get in my exercise shoveling snow.

It's too early in the day to think about this Lenora!
So far I've only had a couple cups of coffee and just started my cleaning. I'm doing some heavy cleaning today (I finally got the tree down, sorted some toys, and scrubbed a few spots on the wall) so hopefully it will get my heart rate up. Other than that, I don't think I'm going to do much of anything. I'd like to get in a real routine and really focus on eating better ... It's just too d@mned cold to feel the inspiration to get in shape though.

Too true, Elaine! However, all this snow does have the side effect of providing a lot of good exercise in the form of shoveling.

Breakfast ramen noodles, a few terra mexican chips and a multivitamin.

lunch was a cheeseburger - the burger (toast ends, w/ ketchup mayo etc - see yesterday minus the meat)

Snack was a Hawaiian truffle blizzard (pineapple, coconut, banana and then I added the chocolate truffle pieces )

Dinner I made lasagna and then I had a small PB cup blizzard that I shared with the girls.

Breakfast: GNC shake, Coffee

Snack: lowfat yogurt

Dinner: Whole wheat noodles with tuna(low sodium), small amount of mayo, onions, and green onions. I used a no salt seasoning to flavor it. I steamed squash, zucchini, and onions. I also had a small amount of plain rice with mixed veggies in it. Oh and a whole wheat roll.

Snack: I had a plain coffee with half and half, and Splenda at Starbucks, and some light popcorn.

I must have been hungry, lol. I was so busy I didn't get to my second GNC shake yesterday.

Weighed myself this morning and I've lost 5 pounds now.
