Good tips on having more winter health and energy! These tips will help us stay healthy during the winter months. Tea and soup are great for the body in the winter. Exercise helps too.

These are really good tips. But I must admit that the first tip is not related to everybody as it totally depends on the work schedule. I personally have to work sometime till the sun rises and not only me there are end number of people who can't follow the step number one.
