Our apartment is over-flowing with our "stuff". Part of the problem is that the apartment is too small for the amount of people we have living here but I can't deny that I buy too much. Maybe I over compensate because I didn't have a lot growing up or maybe I'm just addicted to shopping
Whatever the problem is, I have to get it under control. We could possibly be moving in the summer and I don't want to take all the junk with me.
So, my question is, how do you disconnect from an item to part with it? I'll start the process and then get stuck on "Gracie looked really cute in that the one time she wore it" or "Zach loved that toy when he first got it" or even "That cost so much money". I have a serious problem with getting rid of stuff and I'm certain that I'm passing it on to my kids. If I include them in the process, I'm afraid we won't get rid of anything.
*sigh*
