What extracuricular activities do your kids particpate in?

Are you teens/tweens involved in any activities or sports at school?


Haley is part of FCCLA (future community leaders of america ... scary!) ... they do activities in the community as well as plan the dances at the school.

None of my kids have ever seemed interested in sports. I can picture Zach being part of a chess club or something at that age...

My oldest is in soccer in the fall and baseball in the spring. I think she actually prefers baseball. It looks like they may be starting a fall baseball program. I've been thinking about putting her in that, since she seems to care less about soccer. Baseball, she pays attention and seems to really enjoy. Plus they have started a girls only league for 9 and over recently which is encouraging.

They do junior youth at church. Kelsey is a daisy in girl scouts. Christian is a cub scout. And Christian will be doing baseball this year. Kelsey doesn't want to do baseball. They were in Tae Kwon Do but they are still doing the same thing as they started wtih in Sept. And it is a 2 1/2 hour class. The kids are bored with it!

Logan played soccer and tball last spring and has been playing hockey this winter. Our first tournament is tomorrow!

Liz is into sewing....3 times a month.....Nicholas is not into anything.........yet. I think we are going to look at putting both the kids (and maybe ourselves) into Karate

Ally wants to take dance or gymnastics but we just can't afford it right now. I've never been able to get Drew interested in anything.
