I went with Mylie Cyrus because while Charlize's dress was laughable (boob flowers?) and Kate Winslet's dress was unflattering, Mylie looked downright ridiculous.

I picked Charlize, because she is old enough to know better. Miley's just a kid, she allowed to be dumb in her dress selection. If that is the worst the Oscars had to offer this year, everyone must have looked pretty good. I've seen a whole lot worse than these. I'll have to hunt up Meryl Streep. I usually like what she wears.
