A book my son will actually read!

Zach's Dad took him shopping this past weekend and he bought the book Diary of a Wimpy Kid ... he hasn't put it down! It's really exciting to see him get so into the story. I'm a big reader and so far none of my kids are *sigh* but I'm glad he's found something he's enjoying.
... I think he's made it to page 90-something since yesterday afternoon!

Emily is my only good reader and she LOVED that series! I am happy that Zach found something he enjoys reading. Maybe this will lead him into enjoying other books as well. I just bought Emma a book called The Dork Diaries yesterday (its a girl version type of the same thing). Another series that your Zach may like is called Captian Underpants. It's gross-just what boys love

He got 2 more of the series for his birthday and while he hasn't started reading them yet (lots of sleepovers this weekend) he is excited to get started.
