We did most of her birthday celebration on Sunday. We drove out to Columbus and went to Build-a-Bear (so much fun!) and then had cake and presents with Grammy.
Yesterday we were riding in the car and I said "Guess what tomorrow is". Gracie kinda shrugged clueless so I told her "It's your birthday". She looked at me with a confused expression but I asked her "and how old will you be?". She thought about it for a second and replied with "Five". I said "No baby, you will be 4. She looked at me like I was completely crazy and said "No, my 4 birthday was last day. Tomorrow I will be 5.
So I had to explain that we only celebrated her birthday on Sunday but that today is her real birthday.
Today, she'll be going over to her Dad's to celebrate and then coming with me & the kids to Tia's house (her day care provider) for a birthday dinner and cake.
