We just had a few old pine trees removed at Chad's house and I'm planning on putting some seed down. Next Tuesday - Saturday is supposed to be pretty raining here so I'm thinking Monday would be the best day to do it. Most of our landscaping plans are for next year but I figure this is something simple and fairly inexpensive that I can do to get ahead of the game ... and because I hate waiting.
Other plans for the yard include an ornamental tree, a horse rail type fence, and some lattice and planting (I'm thinking Clematis) up around the front porch.
