What are your plans for the 4th?

I don't really have any plans. Whatever we do, it will include going to a fireworks display.

PJ and Em throw a party every year. They invite their grandparents and Gary gets a few fireworks. We buy a cheese and peperoni party tray, make a dessert, and get pizza.

John has the big kids till either Sat night or Sunday morning so Saturday I will be taking just Parker to the festival to listen to music, maybe ride a few kiddie rides and then see the fireworks. Sunday when the others get home we will go to the parade, have a bbq with my parents, hit the festival some more and then see the fireworks. I LOVE the 4th of July!

hmm... what festival Krista??
Jim's working on the fourth. He has off on Friday so we are considering the STL zoo or grant farm that day, but not sure. Saturday we are headed to the farm for a family cookout, and fireworks. Sunday I really think the girls and I are just going to chill at home, maybe pick up some ribs for dinner not sure. Monday, Jim is off but will want to sleep so maybe the pools with the girls if it's open and relaxing and studying for Tuesday's test.

O'fallon MO has a really large and great festival every year. Also, Wentzville has a parade on Sunday that is usually in the morning but this year will be at 3pm. Wentzville also has a small festival type thing at Progress park and then really great fireworks in the evening. Let me know if you need more info or want to meet up with me or something. I have no real set times though, mostly gonna go by Parker's naps Do you still have my cell number? You can call me if you want to.

I'll be participating in the Wentzville 4th of July parade with my church. I might be going to the Wentzville concert and fireworks in Progress Park too..not sure what day yet though.

we're having a bbq/party here.... we've invited some people over and we're gonna hang out and visit and stuff... not sure what we're doing about fireworks yet

relaxing and working on redoing the stupid cake book.

Seriously - The 3rd is our towns stuff and its our busiest day of the year so since EVERYONE has to work that day MOST take off the 4th-so Kev's working and I don't have the motivation to take all 4 little folk anywhere by myself.

Going to dinner and to see fireworks on Saturday night with our kids and some of our closest friends. Sunday we'll grill out.

Might be going to friends house out in the country. Not sure yet. The weather here stinks right now and is supposed to continue thru the weekend, so we will see.

Yeah, but only alot of thunderstorms and rain. Lost power last night. twice today. Nothing serious - only for a short while.
