I got approved to build a house for a lease option in Troy MO!! 
All I can say is that God is certainly blessing me because since the divorce my credit is CRAPOLLA! I really didn't think that it would be approved and was trying so hard not to get my hopes up but I got the word today that indeed we were!Friday I go and make the final disicions on my floor plan and pick out my siding and roof colors.
There are 4 plans to choose from but they are all 3 bdrm 2bath ranches with a walk-out basement and rough-in. 
I pretty much have already decided on my plan but it won't hurt to have a looksee one more time. Now my biggest obstacle is going to be getting the deposit together so that they can start building. I am not certain as to when I need it by (the builder didn't say) but my savings were exhausted recently due to tooth related problems. 
BUT I do know that if God got me this far that he will help me to get all the pieces together. That doesn't mean that I won't still be working my 
off to get it though. I have typed up 24 listings in the past 2 days and have a ton more to get ready as well so I can try to generate some $$ that way. Because on top of getting my deposit together I will also have the HUGE cost of BTS shopping for four kids. Luckily all my thrifting usually pays off well with BTS clothes, it's just the supplies and misc. costs that will get me but I am going to be a total tight wad for the next few months. Poooooor Starbucks-they are really going to miss me as I will them

Not sure your getting any closer....
The builder thinks that we should be in by the end of October! I'm getting a little nervous now...lol
