I was planning on leaving around midnight tonight, but that probably won't happen now.
Dad left early Sunday morning to go out of town for work. He won't be back until sometime Friday afternoon or evening (not sure yet). Sunday night my mom's blood pressure skyrocketed to 200/124 - stroke levels. I couldn't convince her to go to the ER. Did manage to get it down to about 150/114 - still too high.
Monday morning I went to the Dr with her to have it checked. They let her leave when it got down to 140/96. Still to high for me. They changed her medication. She is worried about being home by herself, so am I. If Rick can manage to get Drew's class rescheduled, then I will stay until Friday when my dad gets home. I just don't want to leave her alone in case something happens. My brother lives here in town, but he will be useless if anything happens. He did promise to call once or twice a day. Yeah, big help! By the time he realized something was wrong, she could be dead.
So that means you guys will have to live a bit longer without me!
