So, since I didn't get to go to "Meet the Teacher" with Ally last week (Rick took her while I took Drew to his class), she wanted me to walk her to her classroom this morning. But apparently she didn't want me walking too close to her once we got within sight of her friends. Here we were chatting and laughing as we walked up to and into the school. But once we got to the 4th grade hallway, it was as tho I didn't exist anymore! 
Walked her to class, met her teacher and Ally blithely ignored me as she talked to her friends and put her things away. When I went over to kiss her goodbye, she kinda turned her cheek. My little girl is growing up and I'm not sure I like it.
