Top a bagel with tangy seafood salad.

Crab Salad Bagelwiches

8 oz. imitation crab meat
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 rib celery; thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/8 tsp. ground pepper, or to taste
2 bagels; halved and toasted

Mix crab meat mayonnaise, celery, horseradish, ketchup and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour to marry flavors. Spread on toasted bagel halves to serve.
