My neighbors son

The last few days my neighbors sons (from downstairs) have both been sick. The little 5 month old Brandon has been a lot worse than his 2 1/2 year old brother Tyler. We have been keeping them away from Liz so she won't get sick to0..

This morning Brandon was really bad so Jeanette (the mom) took him to the walk in clinic and was told to take him straight to the hospital. She came home to phone her s/o to come home from work to watch Tyler....who I watched until he came home....while she took Brandon there. I am not sure how sick he is as she is stilll there with him and probably will be for most of the day/evening......as we all can imagine how she is feeling. I know he sounded pretty stuffed and congested yesterday. I could hear him wheezing from 5 feet away....

Please say a prayer for him in the hopes that he gets better soon. This poor little guy has had so many colds since they moved here from Victoria, BC a couple of months ago.

Thank You....normally Brandon ALWAYS has a smile....but right now from what I can gather he is REALLY sick, but I don't know with what. I am hopign to find out today.....I want to make sure he is ok, and that whatever he has isn't contagious to Liz

I just found out that he has RSV, and he has it quite badly. He is doing worse today than yesterday and from the sounds of it they will be keeping him in there for a few days.

I won't be able to go up there and see him at all, and we are going to be watching Liz to make sure she doesnt start coming down with anything either. When I see the mom I will let her know that you are all thinking of Brandon and saying prayers for him. Thank you

I am waiting to see, but he may be coming home today. I will hopefully find out in the next couple of hours or so......He is sounding better, and is more awake and alert than what he was when he went in.

Thank you all for praying and thinking of him. This has been hard on all of them

Good news!!! BRandon is back home. The Dr told Jeanette to make sure I know he has RSV, and is still VERY contagious...so we have to keep our kids separated until Brandon's cough is gone...and that means that jeanette and I can't visit with each other. I am going to send her some flowers this weekend just to kind of cheer her up a bit.
