No, it is NOT impossible. Although your chances are reduced, it only takes one.
As far as your options go, you can try Intra Uterine Insemination with your husbands sperm or you can use donor sperm.
Gary has a very low sperm count, so we opted to use donor sperm.
My suggestion to you is to talk to an RE (Reprodictive Endocrinologist) to discuss your options. With my experience, they will try procedures that are as low tech as possible first, then they will go to IVF, GIFT, or ICSI.
