This is odd. I can't remember ever having O pains...buuuuuut...this cycle I seem to be having them.

Today I have EWCM and this pain in my lower back Is this pain an O pain?? I know I'm Oing because of the EW....but what gives with this pain??.....

When I ovulate, the pain like a sharp pinch in my overy.

I don't know if you can get them in your back or not.

I have never had O pains, but I have had a kidney infection which hurt like that. Are you having any other symptoms?

No really other signs....the pain is mostly gone....and I was haveing it around front...near the overy...like a pinch or a needle or something...but it's not that bad today.

I am glad you are feeling better and that is probably not a kidney infection. Those are hard to get rid of.
