Smores Pudding

Smores Pudding Equipment: Medium size saucepan
Liquid measuring cup
Wire whisk
Serving spoon
3-4 pudding dishes
Ingredients: 1 2 3/4 ounce package regular vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3-4 graham cracker halves
3-4 marshmallows
Chocolate syrup

1. Empty pudding mix into medium size saucepan. Add milk and stir well with wire whisk. Cook over MEDIUM heat, stirring all the time until pudding is thick an bubbly. Turn heat to OFF.
2. Stir in sour cream mixing very well.
3. Spoon pudding into 3 to 4 pudding dishes.
4. Break each graham cracker half into small pieces and sprinkle over each dish of pudding.
5. Center a marshmallow on the top of each dish of pudding.
6. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top of marshmallow and graham cracker pieces. Chill and serve
Makes 3 to 4 servings
