Clomid

Hey Guys,

I started on Clomid yesterday. What are some of the side effects?

Clomid made me very moody, (More than normal )
and it also dries up your cervical mucus.

I have had a few hot flashes. But other than that no other side effects for me. Good luck on the Clomid.

GOOD LUCK ON THE CLOMID

I went through that roughly 10 years ago, ended up on perganol (had to jump start my ovaries the hard way LOL) but now I have a 9 year old son!

I go in to have my serum pregestrone level checked on either my CD 24, 25, or 26. For both months I have gone on my CD 25 (been a lucky day for me). The test is a blood test that just monitors the level of pregestrone is your bloodstream. The higher the level the better, you want a level above 14. This will tell the doctor if you have ovulated or not. Anything above 14 and you have ovulated. Another way the doctor can see if you have ovulated is by taking an ultrasound to check your follicles. Or the doctor can do both the blood test and the ultrasound. Good luck and I hope it works for you.

Let's see, I had a e2 and fsh on cd3, took clomid cd5-9, on cd 10 had a fsh blood test done, tomorrow I have to fo for another blood test e2 and LH and a ultrasound. I may have to have a injection. YIKES. I am dying with all these needles.

Is there anythig else to be done?
