How did everyone do today?

Well I am eating fast food since all of my food is gone and packed(boxed food, and cans atleast), so there goes my 'diet'...but I am trying to eat the lower fat foods which is not easy, lol. Hang in there everyone.

Good job Liz...what happened to Breakfast and lunch? You are gonna starve aren't you, lol.

Ok, still no exercise... I know, I know.....

breakfast: toast and egg beaters
lunch: WW entree
dinner: baked fish and steamed asparagus

I am getting my water in! Tara, be safe on your trip!

I haven't checking in for a while...sorry!

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: baked potato w/ butter and sour cream
Dinner: round steak, rice and gravy. green beans
Snacking right now on Zapp's potato chips and cheese dip!

I am not doing good today!

3 glasses of H20 so far...and 15min of walking w/ Kimmy!

Let's see Jim left today so don't ask what I ate.. Burping BK here..



I eat horribly when Jim isn't here. I hate cooking for me and Tessa she eats so little! Please< please help... Give me ideas for easy healthy dinners that she will eat!

Ok - I have been off in limbo land cause i've been sooooo busy with other stuff - all i have been eating is fast food - but now that thigs are settling down i am going to try and cook - Do we have anywhere here for fast easy healthy meals. I can't cook alot but want to start.

So today I have had 2 cokes and a cheeseburger and took about an hour walk (we went to the post office accross town) It was finally nice out.

I am sooo hungry right now i could eat my keyboard. I have left over lasagne from last night i just have no energy to reheat any.

I think I need a live in chef? anyone know of a cheap one?
