Quick & Easy Shrimp

1 lb. cooked peeled deveined shrimp, fresh or frozen
1 medium green pepper cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons melted margarine or cooking oil
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 cups cooked rice
Thaw shrimp if frozen. Cut large shrimp in half. In a 10-inch frypan, cook green pepper onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Add soup, water, lemon juice, pepper, and liquid hot pepper sauce. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings.

I would love to try this but found out Alisha is allergic to shell fish and jimmy doesn't like it. Sounds great Shona. Have to wait for my Mom or brother come over and then I can have it.
