Peanut Butter Crunchies

1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup low fat dry milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup Grape Nuts

Heat raisins and apple juice concentrate in a sauce pan.

Boil about 2 minutes.

Pour raisins in a blender and puree.

Mix raisin puree and remainder of ingredients in a bowl.

If dry add a few drops of water.

Shape the mixture into small balls.

Refrigerate

I think that this is really interesting, your daughter was born on the same day as mine, and i almost named her that exact name but instead i named her Cheyenne.
